Cloud services provider to the public sector, Arcus Global, has appointed Casey Crellin as Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive operational excellence across the company.
In this role, Crellin will spearhead the company’s drive for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and the services to support that. With Arcus Global set to accelerate its growth, Crellin will take the lead to create new operational strategies that will achieve this goal.

They deliver superior citizen and user experiences whilst helping to deliver efficiencies and reduce costs. It’s the potential to deliver great solutions to the public sector that drew me to my role here. I look forward to bringing in my experience of heading up large public sector projects and forming close client relationships to support the aspirations of this already successful team. I am enjoying the ability to make an immediate impact with clients and within the company.”
Using his extensive experience with large transformations in the public sector, Crellin will be working with service teams to scale up Arcus Global’s current offering and maximise its growth potential. His work will also have a firm link to Arcus Global’s product teams to drive exceptional performance.
Crellin brings with him 16 years of expertise from across BT’s extensive portfolio of public sector projects. In various roles, he has driven transformation programmes across local and central government and in healthcare. During his time in BT, he served as a CTO in local government, a solution portfolio manager in healthcare, and director of remediation and assurance for Global Services, helping to overcome challenges in large scale projects.
