Sturgess Mortgage Solutions’ two-year anniversary marked by continued growth

A thriving mortgage and financial advice firm is celebrating a remarkable period of continued expansion. This fast-growing company has cemented its success by securing significant partnerships in the industry. What’s more, they recently received the prestigious title of “Mortgage Broker of the Year” for their local region.

Sturgess Mortgage Solutions unveiled that it has been named Mortgage Broker of the Year – South Wales in the Welsh Enterprise Awards 2023, acknowledging its commitment to delivering outstanding mortgage solutions to its clients and solidifying its position as a leading mortgage broker in the region.

Its growth is set to be further boosted following a partnership with local independent estate agents, Annie Rees and Thomas Rees, in addition to boasting partnerships with 11 estate agents across the region already. Partnerships like these place Sturgess Mortgage Solutions as each agent’s primary recommended mortgage supplier, particularly for first-time buyer referrals but also for remortgages and new transactions.

In addition to partnering with local estate agents, Sturgess Mortgage Solutions is also actively looking to collaborate with local businesses as part of an employee referral scheme to provide mortgage expertise and financial advice for employees.

Sturgess Mortgage Solutions celebrated its second anniversary this year and was launched by young entrepreneur, Shaun Sturgess, an experienced mortgage adviser and property consultant. Over the course of two years, it has expanded to six staff, working across two premises and is actively recruiting further in order to address the demand for its services.
