The popular runner, has just been announced as The Sunday Times Sportswoman and BT Sport Action Woman of the Year 2022. Eilish also recently celebrated victory in the 2022 Commonwealth Games 10,000 metres with the Games record (the same title that her mum and coach Liz McColgan won 36 years previously) and will be sharing her journey of incorporating Zest Active into her nutritional regime.

Eilish’s list of accomplishments on the track is impressive, with a sliver in the 5,000 metres at the 2022 Commonwealth Games.
