An increase in DIY interest and home renovations this year has resulted in huge sale spikes across the brand’s product categories. Sales of its signature French beds have risen by 40%, bed linen sales have risen 80% and mattresses have risen by 320% just in October.
The French Bedroom Company’s website has recently been upgraded to accommodate the extra traffic following a 28% increase, offering customers an even better online shopping experience.
A reflection on the fantastic customer service, the brand has seen a 300% rise in customer retention in 2020 compared to 2019.
The growth is primarily down to the quality of the online customer experience, the wide range of products and aftercare service that The French Bedroom Company is famous for and the increased consumer demand for luxurious goods.
