Taylor Walton Solicitors is hosting The Balance Collective on 22nd October, an event to bring together five exceptional panellists to lead conversations around menopause, stress management, personal styling, fitness and relationships, all based around the theme of balance. October is also World Menopause Month*, a global initiative to raise awareness, break down stigma and improve understanding and support for women experiencing menopause.

The event will be held at Sopwell House, St Albans and tickets cost £30. 100% of ticket sales will be shared between the charities Refuge, who support women and children who have experienced domestic abuse and Youth Talk, the firm’s chosen charity of the year, who provide free, confidential counselling to children and young people in St Albans.

The expert panel leading the discussion are:

  • Dr Fionnuala Barton – Menopause Specialist, exploring balance and wellbeing.
  • Suzy Reading – Wellbeing & Stress Management Specialist, focusing on confidence and optimism.
  • Margarita Salomo – Personal Stylist, championing confidence.
  • Edwina Jenner – Women’s Personal Stylist, exploring optimism and balance.
  • Tamara Glanvill – Family Law Partner at Taylor Walton, bringing professional insight across all themes.

Alongside the inspiring panel discussion, guests will also enjoy:

  • Exclusive collaborations with brands including Jigsaw, Fitflop, Neal’s Yard Remedies, and Tatcha Beauty.
  • The chance to connect with like-minded professionals in a warm, supportive environment.
  • Goodie bags and surprises to take home.

Emily Waddell, Head of Marketing at Taylor Walton comments: “This is more than just a business networking event; it’s a space for like-minded women from the St Albans area to find community, share experiences and leave feeling inspired, confident, and connected. We look forward to women joining us for this exclusive evening supporting women in business and raising money for two important local charities.”
