JobAdder Rolls Out New AI Tools for Recruiters As UK Hiring Pressures Grow

Martin-Herbst

As recruiters face record application volumes and increased workloads, JobAdder  announces a new strategic investment in next‑generation AI technology.

Central to this is a set of three Recruiter Plans, carefully crafted for agencies at every stage, from startups to global firms, designed to streamline workflows, slash manual tasks and let recruiters dedicate their time to what matters most: building relationships. The latest suite is built to grow with recruiters throughout their journey.

Launching in tandem is a dedicated AI and automation pipeline that will deliver 10+ new AI‑powered tools over the next 12 months. Developed by a specialist team, these tools integrate seamlessly into daily routines and are embedded within the most user-friendly recruitment software on the market. They’re designed to relieve recruiters of repetitive work and empower them to focus on high-impact, relationship-driven activities.

The commitment comes as part of a larger mission to address growing industry challenges, including mounting rates of stress and overwhelm amongst recruitment professionals.

According to JobAdder’s 2025 State of Recruitment Report, recruiters are experiencing a significant increase in workload, with candidate applications rising by 42% year-on-year, with the average recruitment agency juggling thousands of resumes every year.

This imbalance between candidate supply and job availability underscores the urgent need for scalable, intelligent recruitment solutions that can help agencies streamline their workflows, reduce manual tasks, and focus on building meaningful relationships with candidates.

Among the first tools to launch are:

  • Smarter Talent Management: We are continuing to enhance this crucial functionality in the coming months. Our Candidate Database will feature CRM cleanup tools, intelligent matching, AI-powered summaries, and automated rejection and compliance emails — all designed to streamline recruiter workflows.
Additionally, by more effectively utilising existing databases for proactive sourcing (versus relying solely on ad channels), recruiters can unlock significant benefits, including lowering cost to hire and accelerating time to place by 30% on average.
  • Stronger Client Engagement: New business development–focused Client Check-In automation and Opportunity outreach tools ensure timely, tailored follow-ups with clients.
  • Global Enablement & Insights: From localised lead feeds and saved search folders to ANZ benchmark dashboards and in-product guidance via JAA, we’re delivering data-driven support tailored to each region.

JobAdder CEO Martin Herbst emphasised the “less admin, more human” approach behind the technology:

“Recruitment is, and always will be, about people. The problem isn’t a lack of tech, it’s that most of it gets in the way. We’re taking a stand with usability as our core differentiator. Our AI and automation are built to be invisible in the best way- powerful, but effortless. Combine that with our new Recruiter Plans, and we’re giving recruiters what they’ve been asking for: technology that actually works with them, not against them.”

Following four years of strong growth – including a doubling of user numbers globally – JobAdder has reimagined its offering to meet the rising demand for flexible, modern recruitment technology. Its new AI suite is now available to customers worldwide, with more innovations on the horizon.
