Inspiring backstory sees Change Rebellion founder shortlisted for Great British Entrepreneur Award

Mark Green, the Founder and CEO of disruptive and impactful Change Management Service Provider, Change Rebellion, has been shortlisted for ‘Start-Up Entrepreneur of the Year’ by the prestigious Great British Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, thanks to his inspiring story.
The awards programme celebrates the innovation, tenacity and achievements of the UK’s top entrepreneurs, and is an impressive nationwide event.
With more than 20 years of experience in business change management, Mark established Change Rebellion in 2023 following his recovery from a two-month long induced coma after falling seriously ill with COVID-19.
Having become uninspired by the industry and spurred on by his experience of ill-health, Mark decided to go it alone, using his honest and empathetic approach to support workplace transformations with tangible results.
Now supported by a growing team of like-minded consultants, Mark is fast becoming a leading voice for the sector, where his straight-talking, honest and transparent approach has not only been recognised by large industry players, but also household brands looking for an impactful change management strategy.
Designed to recognise those entrepreneurs with a passion for turning their visions into viable businesses, the Start-Up Entrepreneur of the Year Award celebrates individuals who have navigated unchartered territory, faced challenges head-on, and embraced uncertainty as they work tirelessly to establish their ventures.
Mark has been shortlisted in the South East region alongside a number of other successful entrepreneurs, with the category winner set to be announced at an official ceremony in November.
Speaking on his shortlisting, Mark said: “From the outset I have focused on being a radically different voice in the change management industry and have engaged with people on a human level, so it’s an honour to be shortlisted for the Start-Up Entrepreneur of the Year Award. My journey to launch and develop Change Rebellion hasn’t been conventional, but my experience has given me the fearlessness to revolutionise the industry.
“The whole team works relentlessly to ensure we offer a new approach to change management, bringing the process back to basics to support individuals and teams through change within their business. I’m excited to share the Change Rebellion philosophy more widely and to make simplifying change management more accessible for organisations across the globe.”
Headquartered in Farnham with international reach, Change Rebellion sets itself aside from industry competitors with five different models: The Hero, Unit, Fixed Price Deliverable, Change Evolution Engine and Behavioural and Cultural Assessments.
