Infinidat’s InfiniBox® G4 Family of Enterprise Storage Systems Certified for SAP HANA

The role of enterprise storage continues to grow in importance for SAP customers as the SAP mandated 2027 migration to S/4 HANA rapidly approaches. Infinidat’s recently announced InfiniBox® G4 family of enterprise storage solutions is now HANA certified. The InfiniBox G4 delivers both all-flash and hybrid models that provide SAP customers with a high performance, highly available, and cyber storage resilient storage platform that is critical for the success of scalable S/4 HANA implementations. The G4 line provides a 30% increase in the number of HANA nodes supported, topping out at 124 HANA nodes with the F4400T models. A March 2024 ASUG report estimated that 47% of its North American members have already migrated to S/4 HANA, while an additional 22% are planning to begin the migration in the next two years.

SAP HANA is an in-memory database platform that is designed to provide real-time data analytics and real-time data processing, side-by-side, to customers, in order to help drive a competitive advantage. SAP HANA can be deployed on premises or in the cloud.

This helps to improve the time to value for an SAP HANA implementation, as well as substantially reduce risk and costs.
