With an estimated 15–20% of the UK population identifying as neurodivergent, approximately 1 in 7 people(1), the need for specialised coaching has never been greater.

In response, Jannice Jones Coaching (JJC) is launching the second cohort of its highly acclaimed CPD-accredited Neurodiversity Coaching Course, starting 29th January 2025.

Developed by neurodivergent positive psychologist and coach, Jannice Jones, this comprehensive 12-week programme equips coaches with the skills and knowledge to create inclusive, strengths-based environments that celebrate diversity. Through a blend of theory, case studies, role-playing, and live coaching sessions, participants will gain the confidence to apply their expertise in real-world settings.

“At JJC, we see neurodiversity as a strength, not a limitation,” says Jannice who combines lived experience with science backed training in her work. “This course is more than a learning opportunity—it’s a call to action for coaches ready to make a meaningful impact. By fostering awareness and understanding, we’re enabling coaches to provide tailored support that empowers neurodivergent individuals to thrive.”

Key topics covered include:

Executive Functions: Tools to navigate challenges in planning, organisation, and emotional regulation.

Trauma-Informed Coaching: Approaches to support clients facing anxiety, burnout, or other mental health challenges.

Stress and Burnout Prevention: Strategies to promote resilience, self-compassion, and effective stress management.

Strength-Based Coaching: Methods to reframe challenges and highlight unique abilities.

“This programme is ideal for experienced coaches looking to enhance their expertise in a high-demand area, as well as neurodivergent individuals considering a coaching career that aligns with their strengths and experiences,” adds Jannice.

Organisations and their teams can also benefit from the course, enabling them to foster more inclusive workplaces where neurodivergent employees feel supported and valued. By equipping their teams with the tools to understand and embrace neurodiversity, businesses can unlock untapped potential and create a more equitable work environment.

Graduates of the course receive CPD accreditation, boosting their professional credentials while gaining the tools to create immediate and meaningful change.

The next cohort begins on 29th January 2025, with live sessions held weekly from 7–9 pm, a schedule designed to fit around busy lives.
