Global strategy agency Be A Bear Appoints Managing Director Laura Keates

Be A Bear has appointed Laura Keates as its new Managing Director. Keates has 18 years of experience within the industry and has held several senior leadership posts at a range of leading agencies as well as senior marketing positions client side and running her own marketing consulting business. Past positions include working across integrated, shopper, experiential and packaging design for branding and digital agencies including Ogilvy, RPM, and Geometry on accounts such as Unilever, Mondelez, GSK and Sky.
Laura brings a wealth of agency experience with her to help Be A Bear deliver best in class client servicing for their list of outstanding clients including Molton Brown, MTV, Edgard & Cooper, and Speedo.
With social media platforms playing a significant role in shaping consumer preferences and purchasing decisions, Laura’s focus will be on strategic planning, adaptability and a deep understanding of the client’s audience and industry, to navigate the challenges for brands around a dynamic digital landscape.
