West Midlands Jeweller Launches Prestigious New Showroom in Birmingham City Centre

Wolverhampton and Harborne-based luxury jewellery and watch retailer, Rudell the Jewellers, has announced the opening of their third showroom in the heart of Birmingham City Centre.

Founded in Wolverhampton in the 1930s, Rudells expanded with a showroom in Harborne during the 1980s. Known for carrying iconic jewellery and watch brands such as Patek Philippe, Rudells has been seeking a prime location in Birmingham for several years.

Jon Weston, Rudells Managing Director, stated, “I have been searching for the perfect premises in Birmingham for some time, but nowhere had the right feel to it—until now. I am thrilled to announce our partnership with Patek Philippe and to bring Rudell’s renowned quality, service, and value to the heart of the city on New Street. This will be an exciting and luxurious addition to the city centre.”

Spanning 4,000 square feet over two floors, the new Rudells showroom will feature some of the world’s most prestigious jewellery brands and will exclusively house Patek Philippe in Birmingham. The showroom promises unparalleled luxury and elegance, showcasing Rudells’ in-house jewellery collections in a beautifully designed and appointed environment with unique features.

Adrian Lurshay, Managing Director of Patek Philippe UK, added, “We are honoured to be part of Rudells’ expansion into Birmingham. Their commitment and service to clients are exceptional, and we are confident that customers will enjoy a unique experience in the new Patek Philippe space.”

Nina Meeks of Hortons’ Estate Limited, which owns and manages the property, said, “Rudells is a historic local brand and a welcome addition to the Burlington Arcade. Its arrival complements the existing occupants and is sure to be popular with consumers. We look forward to a long partnership with Rudells.”

Work to transform the recently vacated premises will commence shortly, with the Rudells team aiming to open the new showroom at the beginning of November 2024.
