Integrated marketing and communications agency, The 10 Group, today announces new appointments across its senior leadership, new business and account management teams following a period of significant growth for the agency.
The announcement comes as The 10 Group celebrates its 10th anniversary, and follows a series of new business wins for the agency with clients including Red Bull, British Gas and Vodafone’s Smart Technology Business.
Joining the agency as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Content Officer respectively, James Myers and Danielle Bassin will join The 10 Group (10) Board and report into Elaine Stern, Founder and CEO of 10. They will take their seat on the Board alongside MD, Eddie Hammerman and CFO, Jane Conley. This will be a reunion of colleagues all of whom worked together at TVC, founded by Elaine in 1998.

Myers joins as Chief Commercial Officer, bringing more than 18 years’ integrated communications experience to the role. Formerly Group Managing Director of TVC Group and The Economist Group, James leads accounts for global brands including LVMH, Virgin Group, Aviva, and Costa. Myers joins 10 following a transition year at 4media group, where he was the Group’s first Chief Innovation Officer, leading the business through its digital transformation. At 10, James will oversee the business development team and drive commercial expansion of the agency.
Bassin, who has worked across production, client services and cross-channel communications in businesses including the BBC, MTV and TVC will head up the content team, overseeing content production and creative execution across the agency. In her 11 years at TVC, Dani rose to Director of Client Services and led teams across global brands including Bacardi Group, EY and O2. At 10, Dani will be responsible for growing and developing the agency’s in-house content studio internationally.
The pair have previously collaborated on the Red Bull Stratos project where they were integral players in the communications strategy for the “jump from the Edge of Space”, which set the record for the most viewed YouTube live stream of all time. Most recently James and Dani partnered to run the media and communication arm of the recent MDL Beast Festival in Saudi Arabia.
The news follows the recent appointments of BAFTA award winning Creative Producer Lorry Powells, Richard Lee, who joins as Senior Business Development Manager (named as one of BD100 top leaders 2019/20) and Chloe Kingscote, who joins as a Senior Account Manager within the consultancy team from independent PR agency Pumpkin.
